Terms and Conditions

• The redemption items ("Postcards" and "Albums") are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stock lasts.
• All redemption items cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
• South China Morning Post mastheads are invalid if damaged or altered. Photocopies will not be accepted.
• In order to redeem one set of five Postcards, each reader must exchange two South China Morning Post mastheads. The date stamp of each masthead redeemed must be within the redemption period (8 August - 24 August, 2008). A maximum of two sets of Postcards is redeemable per person per week during the redemption period.
• In order to redeem one postcard collector's Album, each reader must exchange five South China Morning Post mastheads. The date stamp of each masthead redeemed must be within the redemption period (8 August - 24 August, 2008). A maximum of one postcard collector's Album is redeemable per person during the redemption period.
• Under no circumstances shall South China Morning Post Publishers Limited (SCMPP) be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, liability or expense incurred or suffered that is claimed to have resulted from this promotion.
• Under no circumstances shall SCMPP be liable or responsible for any default, negligence, act, conduct and/or misconduct caused by the operation of redemption outlets (Dymocks Booksellers).
• SCMPP reserves the right to substitute or cancel any redemption items without prior notice.
• SCMPP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any violation of these terms and conditions by the participants will result in disqualification in this promotion.
• In the event of disputes arising from this promotion, the decision of SCMPP shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
• These postcards are not officially affiliated with or endorsed by the Olympic Games.
